The Buzi, Pungwe, and Save Watercourses Commission (BUPUSACOM) is a tri-basin institution with oversight on the planning, development, and management of the water resources within the Buzi, Pungwe, and Save River Basins, exclusively shared by Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
